  We had a great experience with this company and the Katy Canales Team. They respond quickly to your questions and they work hard at keeping your loan moving forward. We were able to close early, which isn't always possible, but they were on top of things and we were fortunate enough to get in our new home sooner than we expected.

  Team Canales is an exceptional group of professional young women that walk you through the entire process of purchasing a new home or in refinancing an existing home. We have worked with Katy over many years in refinancing our current home and now buying a new home using the Federal VA loan program. We could not ask for better service. Team Canales even got us another 1/4 percent lower interest rate after we started the process. They provided a weekly progress report each Friday and the home was funded without any issues. We could have even closed earlier, but the current owners were not yet ready to move. It is without reservation that we highly recommend Team Canales!

  Katy done a great job again as usual. She has done 4 or 5 loans for me and all have gone great. She has also done loans for many family members. If you want someone who will work hard for you and keep you informed I would highly recommend Katy.
