I especially loved the automatic emails and texts throughout the process that explained each step, great for first time home buyers. Bart made sure to match any rates we got with big banks plus we get the perk of working with a local business that is super responsive. 10/10 experience overall.

  TLDR: They were absolutely incredible. Great to work with from both a personal and financial perspective. I called them up last minute and they really came through. Full review: I had my offer accepted for my first home, and I was very excited. The excitement quickly turned into stress because now I needed to secure a mortgage. The broker I was originally working with offered me a much higher interest rate than I was expecting, and I started to panic. In this panic I called every mortgage company I could, trying to find a company that could both get me a fair rate, and still meet my quickly approaching closing date. The RFG dropped my rate by 1.75% compared to my initial offer and got me a rate better than I was expecting. On top of getting me a great deal, they really worked with me. They understood that it’s stressful buying your first home, and helped guide me through all of my miscellaneous questions to make sure I was on the right track. Their team worked quickly and swiftly to ensure that I didn’t only close on time but I was actually able to close early. Special shout out to Donna, Marc, and Victoria who went above and beyond.
