  Teller assist ATM is Great!!! Inside the bank they have kinda the same setup. You walk over to a computer screen and speak with the teller. You can get more done that way like ( cashing checks and partial deposits with cash back) While they have no physical person (a teller) to assist you; the service is just as good. They still have some staff that are ready to help at all times. Great Bank! Really enjoying the overall experience.

  Bank of America no longer has customer service. No people to talk with just ATM machines. I had an acct with them for 20 yrs and closed it out tonight. After 2 months they still couldn't resolve a payment issue with a malfunctioning ATM. Customer service is everything when it comes to people's money.

  I love the ATMs at this location, you can talk to a teller anytime until 10 pm and even weekends until 5 pm! Very flexible and convenient!

  This bank really sucks . The took out the customer service and now you can even deposit money to somebody acc without the acc number. Why I have to go threw alot of work if I'm the one that give them the money.
