  Mel Patterson was extremely responsive and thorough in work for my daughter and me in financing our condo purchase. Due to a very challenging sale, resulting from a complicated seller situation, the process went on for months.   The Patterson Company was a huge help to my wife and I when we bought our first home. We had been somewhat overwhelmed, trying to get rates and terms from dozens of different banks so that we could compare terms and rates. Many of the banks were pushing us to submit applications. And the process was getting very time consuming. After we called the Patterson Company, they did all that work for us. They found us some great mortgage rates, with really good terms. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand all the different loan options available to us. That enabled us to make an informed decision, with the peace of mind that we were not missing any important details. Throughout the closing process, the Patterson Company was responsive to our questions and concerns. They also provided us with periodic updates, letting us know what to expect next from the bank and from escrow. After it was all done, our only regret was the time we wasted before we called the Patterson Company. We should have called them first. We highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to finance a home purchase.

  This was our second time using the Patterson Company to purchase a home. The first was conventional and this was a VA loan. Mel is always a pleasure to work with. On the VA loan he was able to secure a mortgage with a great APR when other lenders were having trouble qualifying us for a loan on a second home. If you are in need of a mortgage, I can’t recommend Mel enough. He will be there to answer questions and guide you though the process from the first phone call all the way to the closing table.
