  This is the best ACU branch. I've been a member for 15 years and I've met many tellers and staff members. But this branch in particular gave me the best experience of all. One of the supervisors (Sergio Lopez) greeted me and helped me with what I needed. From the very beginning he treated me like a friend instead of a customer and I will never forget it. Sergio should be in charge of training everybody because this is exactly how I'd like to be treated. Thanks Sergio!

  Proctor Branch is my favorite ACU Branch! The staff is always friendly and I am confident that they are able to take care of my requests quickly and accurately. The Supervisor Tala is so welcoming no matter how often I stop in. She goes out of her way to make sure to help you get the answers you need. I can't forget to mention the location! There are awesome shops and restaurants to visit near by. This is why I love going to this location! I can stop by and do some banking, shop, or meet up with friends or family for a bite to eat.

  ACU has been handling my business account for a few months now and their customer service and dedication to banking services is amazing! So much so, in fact, that my wife and I are seriously contemplating moving a good portion of our personal banking to ACU. Miranda and the other team members there are professional, courteous, and show a genuine interest in their customers. Thank you so much for being amazing in an industry rife with predatory banks!

  Love coming into the proctor branch! Everyone is always so nice and ready to help. Even more beneficial that it is a shared branch location so not only am I able to handle my business with ACU but a few of my other credit unions as well. All the women there are extremely knowledgeable and beautiful! Good job ACU!

  I recently opened an account here after closing my auto loan through them. Miranda is absolutely wonderful, and is the reason I will continue to bank here. She always has a smile, treats us with respect, and is beyond willing to assist us with anything we need. There's also a newer lady who was amazing in helping me open my account when I showed up at the end of Miranda's shift. They are both a pleasure to bank with, and they are the reason my family, and I will continue to bank there.

  I’ve had a car loan through ACU for a few years, which has been easy and had a much better rate than anywhere else I found at the time. Recently we needed a new account as our bank where we moved didn’t have branches. We’ve been in a few times to the Proctor branch and everyone has been so friendly! I appreciate their promotional offers, and the community credit union ethics.

  Outstanding experience! I am surprised by some of these reviews as every time I have gone into ACU, the staff has been helpful and accommodating. Miranda Marenco really took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful. She remembered me and our conversation when I came back a few weeks later (even though I hadn't set up an account with them) and was terrific. The team really listened to the nuances of what I need and went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of the first time. I have actually changed banks to do all of my banking at ACU. I cannot recommend them more highly. A+

  Miranda helped me create an account at ACU-Proctor after moving here from Minnesota. She was so helpful and always made sure to keep in contact with me, even when I'm not the easiest person to keep in touch with. That was super nice, and I really appreciated all of her help!
