  Cyrus was a very accommodating realtor. He recommended a great lender which helped simplify a lot of things for me as a first time buyer. Before we moved out to Washington, he visited some properties on our behalf and sent us videos of the properties. Nearly everything was done over email and cellphone, which is a great convenience for anyone who is also busy with clearing post, packing, and/or driving across the country. Cyrus's inspector, Mike, was also a great resource. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We ended up walking away from two different properties due to issues uncovered by the inspection. I think Cyrus really wants his clients to end up with a good property. It seems like he works well with seller's agents in order to make sure his clients get a properly maintained/repaired house. I would recommend Cyrus to any service member PCSing to JBLM.

  Cyrus and his team helped my wife and I land our first home a couple months ago. Not only did he help to walk us through the process but he was incredibly knowledgeable on where the market stood. With how competitive it is to be shopping for a home in the puget sound area right now it was very reassuring to have someone who understood the market so well and kept us competitive with our offers. With how he was able to structure our offers and and what the house would most likely appraise for we were able to get our dream home early on in the process!   Cyrus and his team did a great job listing, marketing and ensuring the sale of our house. We needed and agent who was military friendly, knows the market, and provides excellent client service.   Where to start ! When looking to buy I couldn’t believe how competitive the market has become , I had put 7 offers and lost ( yes 7 not exaggerating ) my wife and I were about ready to give up since we believe there wasn’t much other strategies other then high offers closing cost and earnest money amount . We chose to take a chance and try with Cyrus saw that he had great reviews and was veteran and veteran friendly and man did he deliver ! First after speaking with him he had so many strategies to beat the competition and guess what after the 1st offer with him we got the home ! I wish we would have gone with him the first time since we lost out on a lot of ideal homes with the other agent overall happy and still got us an amazing home ! Definitely recommend him to anyone friends and family ! Thanks again Cyrus!

  Cyrus is amazing! He is very upfront about everything and if you want your house sold fast he is guy. The service provided was great, he works with an amazing photographer that will make your house look stunning and really took the stress out of selling a home. Can’t thank him enough for helping my family out!

  Cyrus was extremely helpful during our PCS from South Carolina. We bought our house site unseen. Cyrus did video walkthrough and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire home buying process.

  Mr Bonnet worked with us for over a year while I was deployed and preparing for our move. Our timeline was very tight and he spent a lot of time focusing our search and informing us on the local markets. With a short window to PCS and get our youngest in school it was incredibly important to have an agent who answered questions and addressed issues regardless of the time or weekend. We would absolutely recommend Cyrus to anyone looking for a home in the area.

  Buying a new home in a new place on a short time limit is stressful. Buying a home in the current real estate market when your last home purchase was over 10 years ago is terrifying. Cyrus was professional, unbelievably knowledgeable, and beyond excellent every step of the way. The man works tirelessly to ensure you find a home, and we found the perfect space. Every company or person he suggested to us was fantastic and the process was as simple and stress free as possible. If you are relocating to this area, I cannot recommend Cyrus Bonnet enough.
