  This is my first home buying experience, I did not think it could be done with so much inquiry and paperwork. However, I was introduced to Ryan in painting event and he took the time to speak with me and gave me his business card. He explained to me the process in buying a house and he would be able to assist in the financial part, he made everything seem to so easy and and understandable it was a breath of fresh air. This team got to work and explained to every step of the way what need to be done. Even when I had to be out of town on business they kept up with me signing document calling to make sure I understand all the paperwork coming to me. The communication was awesome, they answered every phone call making sure I am on the right path in my comprehension of every step taken. The team made financing easy, getting the paperwork could be tedious sometimes, but they assured me " Don't be afraid to reach out to us we are here to make this journey comfortable for you". Those word put my nerves at relaxed mode. This team is trustworthy and thorough. They treat everyone with respect making you feel special. Thanks to the team efforts I am in my new home it took maybe two months. They are still communicating with tips on keeping my home safe and functioning. I will recommend Ryan Paquin and his team First Home Mortgage to anyone who are purchasing a home or whatever advice you may need they will lead you in the right direction. GO TEAM!!!!
