  I felt comfortable with Bryan from the start. He is friendly and laid back, yet very efficient. Behind the scenes, he developed positive relationships with real estate agents on my behalf. In the beginning of the process he asked me what my goal was. Now that we are at the end of the transaction, I can say that we met that goal as best we could given soaring interest rates. I also have to mention that my closing was a relatively fast process. I was able to close in 20 days thanks to Bryan, Sharmaine (my realtor) and their entire teams.

  Where to start… i am a first time homebuyer and i don’t know any single thing about real estate. I normally talk to my close friends about my goals and one of them is to buy a house. One of my friends asked me if I have a realtor (which I didn’t have during that time) and she recommended christine to me. I communicated with christine and told her everything — like i want to buy a house but I don’t know how and where to start. Christine explained everything smoothly, she was soooo patient (because I don’t know the real estate language) and was very kind. That moment I knew I got the right agent. During the house hunting phase, I tackled 3 houses and all of them were rejected. Although, all of the offers were always on top, christine always made sure that my offer goes on top but unfortunately some houses are not really meant for me. Every rejected house, christine always made sure that everything will be OK and that someday I will find the best house. She has that vibe of assurance (which is really comforting btw) and I loved how she was transparent about every information she has that I need to know. She is also fast in communicating information, which is a plus!!! All I can say is that, Christine is so professional, very kind, has excellent knowledge about her profession, and respectful. I loved how she was so welcoming towards my parents — as if we were like family. Christine is the best and I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. I will never forget Liz — christine’s assistant. She is so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her time and all that she did just for me to see the houses. She was very accommodating and I loved how she is approachable anytime! Like literally anytime. She is the best helping hand that you need during the house hunting process!! Kent and Milly, they are the best people to talk about the mortgage. I want to say that I can sense the professionalism that they deliver and I love how they are so patient towards me. Kent explains every single thing that I need to know and clears confusions because we don’t want any “surprises” in the end. Milly, on the other hand, is on the top with my deadlines and requirements. I really appreciate her effort on constantly reminding me what I need to submit and the things that I need to do. Overall, Kent and Milly are the nicest people and has the longest patience ever. They are the best!!! Overall, if you don’t have a real estate team yet, these 4 people are the best humans that I would recommend. They are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Super patient and kind too!!! In fact, they are literally the “dream team” because I would never reach my goal (which is getting the best house) without them. 🏡🔐
