  Josh and his team are absolutely amazing! We found our dream home on a Saturday afternoon and knew we needed an offer in ASAP so we were given his info. Josh was at his cabin and went out of his way on his day off to get us an approval letter back promptly (even had to go find wi-fi so it could get to us quickly) so we were able to get the offer in first! Because of Josh’s willingness to help us over the weekend and go out of his way-we are now happy home owners of a gorgeous home!! I recommend Osborne mortgage group to EVERYONE! They made the house-buying experience painless and are a trustworthy team ! 🏆

  Josh and his team were great throughout our entire home buying process! They were always very helpful with whatever questions we had, which we had quite a few being first time home buyers (haha). They were there for us from day 1 and beyond. Their process was very easy and they always made sure to get back to us in a timely manner.   When everyone else told my wife and I no the Osborne group said yes. They are a great group of people to work with and they work fast. Communication is always a big thing when buying a home and they did exactly that. They were in touch with us every step of the way. When something came up that we needed answers on Josh and Christina were always available to talk and answer our questions. A huge thanks for everything you did to get us in our new home!

  Considering hes at the top, Josh was available, helpful, and informative. And our Loan Officer, Christina, was AMAZING. So friendly, helpful, had all the answers for us first time buyers that didn't know what we were doing - she helped make buying a home possible. Can't recommend enough!
