  Kevin Unzen helped me with the loan on getting my first house and was AMAZING!! I was probably a difficult client since it was my first home and I needed my hand held every step of the way and he just took it all in stride. He always promptly returned my phone calls, explained how the credit score works and what above and beyond in SO many ways that I can never thank him enough!   I have worked with Shawn Nielsen for the purchase of my first house and now my second home as well. Shawn is greatly attentive, personable, and extremely “user-friendly” with an explanation to anything that may seem complicated (i.e. numbers, figures, abbreviations). I could not and would not want to imagine my home-buying process without Shawn’s quick responses and friendly attitude to guide my wife and I through it.
