  Shawn was an absolute joy to work with while purchasing our home. From start to finish, Shawn walked us through every step of the process and took the time to explain/educate us on any concerns we had.   Shawn set up a refinance for my current home loan. His service was outstanding! He kept me up to date at all times and made the process seamless.   Top notch customer service starting with always keeping you well informed of the progress from the start and making sure that if you have questions that he will make sure to get them answered as quickly as possible.   Shawn's follow-up is horrible. We had to contact him multiple times after our first conversation because he wouldn't return our messages. Once we did talk he said he was going to look into options and would call back. That was a week ago. If you dont have perfect credit, don't waste your time with this guy.
