  Pat is hands down, the best realtor in Niwot! She knows the area so well and is an integral part of the community. She's always working and really knows her stuff.   I have been a Realtor with Niwot Real Estate since 1990! It is a wonderful place to work with several very professional Realtors. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and knowledge. Niwot is a small town in Boulder County. It is fairly pricey, not as high as the City of Boulder but less than the City of Longmont. So we frequently start looking in Niwot but end up some place else. We pride ourselves on getting top dollar for our sellers as well!

  Oh, I wish I could have had a similar experience as the other three reviewers here. Starting from nine days ago (July 27th) , I left two e-mails and three calls to Pat Murphy about a "coming soon" house sign I saw. I got no response (still haven't), missed the open house that was apparently yesterday and then found out there were already back-up offers for said house. That's happy for the owners but not for me. I would never think of doing business with them as a buyer or a seller and would give zero stars if allowed.

  Betsy, We apologize that we missed communication with you. We are not sure where you emailed Pat Murphy, we went through her email and never saw an email from you. The open house for this particular home was advertised on many real estate sites, which is the common way of advertising open houses. We are sorry you missed out on seeing this Home. We received a very good offer on this home, which we promptly presented to to the seller. The seller was pleased with the first offer and chose to accept that offer. We try very hard to keep apprised of all communication that comes to us regarding our Real Estate. We again apologize that we did not receive your communication.
