  Nick was so amazing! We gamed out all the best options, I got ALL my questions answered, and most importantly he has some of the best communication I've seen from a lender! He would give me the numbers before I walked into a home and was on top of contacting the listing agent to make my offer stand out. Not to mention the moving kit he gave me at the closing which was exactly what I needed!! Nick and his team really went the extra mile and it made all the difference!

  Nick and his team are fantastic professionals and are very good at what they do. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to get you qualified. I had some weird things going on with my income due to a job transition, and together we made a plan to keep me qualified. His team also worked extremely fast and communicated every step of the way. Very pleased with their service.

  The level of dedication and communication from Nick and his team was outstanding and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire home buying process. Nick and his team are all very well versed in the home buying process and excellent at conveying that knowledge to first time home buyers. They were all also so very pleasant to work with and I never once felt like a bother. Overall I wish I could give Nick a rating better than great.

  Nick was very responsive and informative about where I was in the loan approval process. He worked well with my realtor and made the home-buying process very easy to manage- especially with the implementation of an online portal which helped keep all my important documents together and readily accessible. I also appreciated that I could sign digitally for most of the closing paperwork! Nick’s choice to implement technology and his helpful and prompt responses really make him stand out.   Nick and his team are the best. I was informed every step of the way and knew exactly what to expect next. Documents that needed to be signed were safe, secure and easy to access. I’d consider myself a thorough person, but working with Nick was amazing because he was just as thorough in his work which made working with him extremely easy. Very knowledgeable as well.
