  After shopping around for lenders and having mediocre interactions with many of them, we were lucky enough to be referred to Marc and his team by our realtor. We knew Marc was the lender we wanted to work with after just one call. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and apprehension, but Marc went above and beyond to quickly put us at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and also extremely patient, and we appreciated how he took the time to walk us through the process, explain each step, and answer questions. Marc was also super responsive and made it very clear that he was always just a phone call away to help with any issues that arose.   Marc was recommended to me by my real estate agent, who I have known for a long time and trusted. She told me if I wanted to work with a lender that goes above and beyond for his clients, and will make this process effortless for me, I should consider using him. I had already reached out to a few lenders a couple of months ago, and was basically forwarded to call centers and did not have a great experience. I called Marc and got things started with him, and he got my pre-approval letter in less than a day. He spoke to the sellers on my behalf and reiterated why they should work with me/him over any other buyers they had spoken with. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I never had unanswered questions, and always reassured me that everything would go smoothly and it did. Marc has been a pleasure to work with, and has really taken a stressful part of the home buying process and made it effortless for me, so that I can focus on all the other parts of buying and preparing a home.   If you are looking to work with the best lender in the state of Georgia, you have found the right person. Marc Budnik has provided above excellent service. He made this high stress process of home purchase extremely bare-able. His knowledge and experience in this field make him THE BEST candidate. I was initially working with a different lender at the beginning of my house purchase journey. I was comfortable and certain this lender would be the one to complete my purchase. A week before my closing date, my former lender decided to drop my case due to the results of an important building questionnaire. Even though the results to this questionnaire had nothing to do with my financial standing, the lender couldn’t support my purchase. I was then referred to Marc Budnik. I informed Marc about the results of the building questionnaire and my approaching deadline; without any hesitation Marc assured me with confidence I was going to get this property on my expected close deadline. Marc was able to complete a rigorous process that would normally take a month, in one week. I am truly impressed at the level of expertise and knowledge that Marc has displayed.
