  We are new carriers and very much need to use a factoring company for cash flow. We had never used a factoring company. Deasy Palacios has made this part of starting a new business an amazing experience. I am so glad that we picked Riviera Finance and that Deasy is our account rep. She has walked me through every step of the on-boarding with extreme patience and professionalism. Her support has been incredible. Deasy even provided me with her cell number. I can call her at any time and she answers….always. She really cares about our business. The website is exceptional and easy to use.   Rochel Ransom is the hardest working funding specialist in the world. She really gives us her all. Riviera Finance has made it possible for our company to grow, they have funded our company for years with reasonable rates. We recommend contacting Riviera Finance for funding.   This is not a good company. Their factoring rates might be low when it comes to to releasing you from your contract, they don't want to. My contact ended almost 2 years ago and I've been on them for 2 days now about sending me a release letter so I can factor with another company that charges less and they keep giving me the run around saying they will match the other company. No I want to be free from this company. I guess I'll have to pursue a lawsuit for lost earnings since they don't want to realease the letter.

  We are sorry our turnaround time on release has not been satisfactory to you. Your request for release was received yesterday afternoon (less than 24 hours ago), and was approved and being processed even though we wrote off a nominal balance because of a billing discrepancy. We appreciate you acknowledging the process of a UCC release only took two days, which is a rapid response by industry standards. We wish you the best of luck with your new factor.

  My company has been working with Riviera for the past 9 years and has been extremely pleased. They have always been upfront and honest. Chris is my representative and always goes the extra mile. They are always willing to work with me if there is an issue with a BOL for factoring. I have friends in the transportation industry that use other factoring companies and I have heard some horror stories that I have never experienced with Riviera. Other factoring companies have tried to earn my business but it's hard to compete with the quality of service I receive. I highly recommend Riviera Finance.

  We have used Riviera Finance for several years now and we have had absolutely no problems. They have the best people to work with. They will do anything possible to help you. If they tell you to run from a client you better listen. They know what they are talking about!! I would recommend them 100% to anyone.

  In my career I have had the need to deal with finance companies over and over again. I have dealt with at least 20 such companies in my time. I hold such companies to very high standards and I can tell you no other company has come close to doing what Riviera does! They have earned my trust and therefore I feel like I can finally stop looking at all of the others out there. I will not be leaving Riviera any time soon! Our relationship started out very small and slow and we have continue to grow together in a very rapid ascent! I can absolutely say that if it were not for the support that I receive from Riviera on a weekly basis, my company would be nowhere near the size it is today. Maybe I am just fortunate enough to have the absolute best account executive, Rochel Ransom, on the planet or this company is just head and shoulders above the rest! I think it must just be a perfect combination! I cannot recommend either of them more highly!
