Truist Reviews

Bill Price1The service at this bank seems to get worse. I made a trip to get some small bills and was told that they only had $20 bills from an ATM because there was no teller available. GREAT. TOLD TO GO TO A BRANCH TWO MILES AWAY. THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SOME. I've been a customer for 20 years, SunTrust was always good. Time to find another bank.

Leann Lee1I wish I could give this branch a "no star" review. I did not like the switch to Teller Connect thru the drive thru, but during the pandemic it was the only option. Now they have taken away the Teller Connect at this branch, so I had to go in. I was trying to make a business account deposit. But, now the only option to use the inside machine is for personal accounts. I was told by an employee that I would have to wait on the other employee who was already with a customer to make the business account deposit. Why wouldn't the employee who was not with a customer take my deposit???? Ridiculous!

Steve Shaner1Only an auto teller connect is open. I inserted my Suntrust card in it when requested and it then would not process the 3 checks I was trying to deposit. I went to the front door that was locked during normal business hours. I pounded on the door repeatedly and finally got a person to come to the door. He said I should not use a Sun Trust card at the teller connect to make it work, even the it requests you use your card. I told him he should put a written sign on the machine to communicate this to the customers. He said he would send a message to management to consider this. He then took my checks to deposit them. When he return my receipts it showed he deposited one of the checks I wrote to transfer from one Suntrust account to another at Suntrust he deposited it back into the account I wrote the check from. Total incompetence, poor customer service, poor management. They should just close this branch if they aren't going to provide any service there. We have 5 accounts at Suntrust, including my corporate account. It is time to look for a better bank.

Trey snyder1Skip this branch if you need a transaction the ATM can’t do. They don’t have tellers. Will be looking to switch banks if more branches switch to this model.

Laurel Dinerstein1I have been a SunTrust customer since early 1980's. This location is 100% automated using auto teller. When cashing a check, my preferred denomination of money was not available. My second choice was unavailable also. I asked for 20's. Plus customer service was unhelpful when I asked for help. Do NOT go to this branch.

Richard Burden1I was the only one in the teller line waiting while the only teller had a nice long conversation with another customer who was trying to straighten out an overnight deposit. Three other account representative where sitting in one office chatting to each other. I finally gave up and went to another branch.
