  I just closed a loan with Marc Budnik and this wasn’t my first loan with him and his team. They closed my loan in 9 days and were a major reason we got the house of our dreams which had multiple offers. Agents love working with Marc and Ameris.   I appreciated the the fast turnaround for the loan process. However I was concerned about the method of communication throughout the process. I prefer phone calls in addition to emails especially considering the time restraint I was on to get a loan. There were several times miscommunication could have been rectified through a simple phone conversation. I was asked several times to resend documents I had previously sent and that was concerning considering the sensitivity of the documents. Overall we reached the end goal but the service provided could’ve been enhance through better communication.

  We had an amazing experience with Marc and his team! Very thorough, great to work with, absolutely no last minute surprises. We have bought homes in the past and can honestly say this experience was great! I would highly recommend using Marc at Ameris hands down!!!
