  I must write a review about TMO, I had tried several times to refinance my loan in the past few months but there was always something that would prevent me from moving forward, then came across TMO.   I recently chose to work with Alex Greer on a refinance. I had been in touch with several other lenders comparing rates and fees prior to speaking with Alex and The Mortgage Outlet (TMO). TMO provided the same low rates as the others, but came in significantly lower on fees. Beyond that, Alex was very responsive, made the process simple, and funded the deal relatively quickly. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. Update: Lowering my review by one star because there was some miscommunication about setting up my escrow account.

  When looking to refinance my mortgage my daughter Jamila Hall referred me to Zachary and the Mortgage company. I had spoken to a couple of other companies and was complaining to her about not being able to get exactly what I wanted, she had a great experience with Zachary and told me to give him a call, I did and first thing he picked up the phone ! I didn’t have to leave a message and wait for a return call ! Zachary took the time to speak with me and answered any questions I had. The process was easy and smooth with the help of Zachary, he is very responsive and keeps you informed throughout the process. I will be recommending Zachary and the Mortgage company to my friends and family who are looking to buy or refinance!

  I searched the market and I talked to many other mortgage companies until I got to talk to the most professional and responsive loan officer - Jerry Greer. I could almost visualize him in expensive signature suit while talking to him on the phone. He offered the best rate too. He was miles above all the others I talked to who portrayed themselves in jogging pants and sweaty shorts hard-selling their business.
