  I have been with the bank for five years. While I rarely need direct assistance from the team, I had to do a sizable international wire transfer within a short timeframe that was subject to big penalties if not sent on time. There were a number of challenges including temporary increase on my daily limit, an outdated verification phone number, negotiating currency conversion rates etc. that further complicated the execution of the transfer. Margie Stelma was instrumental to getting the wire out on time and with a reasonable cost. She was there every step of the way and rounded up the necessary team members to get it done in time. I feel relieved knowing I can count on them to go the extra mile when challenges arise. Thank you Margie and the rest of the team.

  Dale Marie Golden and her whole team take great care of my whole team ensuring that we continue to thrive in business. Any time there has been a challenge the people at this bank are service oriented, kind and great to work with. Other banks try to get me to switch. I have no reason to. This is how banking is supposed to be.

  I have worked with Torrey Pines Bank for a few years now. I used to bank with Wells Fargo and grew very tired of trying to get anything accomplished there. It is very refreshing to work with a small bank, that can take care of my needs in a short period of time. Dale Marie Golden is my personal banker, and I can't say enough about her. She is a very buys lady, but always takes the time to talk to me about any issue that I may have. I have a few accounts with them now, and their service is top notch.

  I bank with Torrey Pines Bank in Oakland and the service is awesome! They actually call me when anything looks wrong in my account. Dale Marie Golden is my personal banker and I highly recommend her. She helped me get a fee free account because I'm a woman owned business.

  I've learned long before now, that when leaving a question for someone in construction lending, you must have patience for the return phone call .....if it happens at all! Kim ignores u completely!

  I've been a Banker for over 30+ years. So, I'm dissapointed that this local institution and California based company's Internet site is down frequently, real time balances are often inaccurate and worst they have no onine apps for current status or transactions. I'd keep with thus Bank for years in hopes that things would improve, but it doesn't appear so. As I'm writing this ... their website is down again. No one to call or options for support

  Terriable rules and regulations in cashing checks even if they have the golden seal of approval. How ever the teller/(Rebecca ) who assisted me was fabulous. She had a great attitude and wonderful energy. She was very pleasent and handle the wait with the check process very well. Please validate her awesome customer service.
