  Ashley Collier has been amazing to work with these past couple of weeks. Everything was super easy, simple, and fast. We closed only 11 days after getting cleared!   Ashley Collier truly is the Mortgage Maven! I shopped for mortgage loans with several other lenders and was most impressed by her rate and pricing, and then the bonus was her helpfulness and clear communication. She was available anytime, day or night, to assist me to make this process as smooth as possible. I found that especially helpful because I was in and out of cell phone coverage while on vacation. She takes care of the little things so that my time isn't bogged down with extra work. We ran into a problem during the closing meeting but Ashley dealt with it in a most prifessional manner.   Ashley is the best period. I know because I have had a terrible mortgage broker in the past and Ashley is the complete opposite. Ashley worked around the clock to make sure I was educated on the process, my options and made sure I was getting the best rate. She watches the market and can you lock you in at the right time. In the past I have had trouble with communication from big bank brokers. Ashley's communication is 5 star. Ashley provides the quality of service that I would expect from a personal friend or family member. I will never go to another broker after this experience. Thanks Ashley!

  I will never go to anyone else- period! Aside from securing me a best in class interest rate, Ashely Collier and The Mortgage Maven did a terrific job from end to end. Coming from someone who had used different lenders in the past, I found Ashley to be honest & forthcoming throughout the process.
