  I have been working with Brooks, if not 10 years, almost 10 years. He has been my go-to for my clients and for my personal use. Most recently we bought a home in a tough market. I am accustomed to great service from Brooks and his team but I was floored by how quickly we were able to go under contract and close on this home. It’s a crazy market and having an entire team that can give you timely advice and prepare you for the ups and downs is essential. Everything from the prequalification to the underwriting was smooth. Brooks’ team is very thorough in their communication every step of the way. Rates are competitive too! The most seasoned buyer will still be impressed with the options that Brooks and his team can provide.

  If you're confused or overwhelmed about who to trust and work with on a mortgage, forget everything and call Brooks Kelly now. It will be the best call you make. I reached out to Brooks' team expecting I'd be told they couldn't help me. I'm so glad I took the chance and called them. My first contact was Ben Keller. I appreciate that Ben took the time to really listen to my goals and research options based on what I told him I wanted. Ben was always available, and I never once felt pressured. When my original loan choice didn't work out, Ben helped make an alternate suggestion and gave me the confidence to give it a shot. He told me they'd be in my corner and would help speak to anything needed to help get my offer accepted. I'm so glad I took the chance and listened to Ben, because the offer was accepted!
