  We had such a great second time using the mortgage firm. Ashley and Kandi were very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We couldn’t have gotten faster responses and we truly felt like they were looking after us during the approval and closing process. They gave us the best possible rate and the service was amazing.

  Derick Brown with the Mortgage Firm has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. He made the initial process of getting our loan extremely easy and informed. His team behind the scenes, especially Julie and Denise, were phenomenal as well. I can’t say enough about how great buying my first home through them was.

  From thart to the very end they were very pleasant, fast and professional. The transaction was very smooth. When speaking on the phone you could tell they were very excited to help and to give you the right tools so you can pick what is best for you. I chose The Mortgage firm because I saw how the worked with a relative first mortgage and the were excellent! Nothing changed on my transaction. They are consistent. My experience with them was great! I filled out the application online and since I live in Deltona immediatelly called the Debary Office informing them of my application and from there on, it was simply wonderful. Making this decision, weather to purchase or refinance its a big deal. So due the research, but I guarantee you, you will not find anybody that will do the job as good as them.

  Jerry and his team are the best! We are set to close on a house tomorrow that would not be possible without him. We started the process with a big bank. Knowing there was a big repair that funds were going to be escrowed I consulted the bank, wrote the contract the way they asked and had them come back and tell me that the repairs needed to be done before close despite my concerns with wanting to pick my contractor and materials to make sure the job was done right. I turned to Jerry and team who listened to me and understood my concerns and went to work to make it happen. The process was much easier than it was the the big bank we used for our last 3 homes. His team is great and makes you feel like a customer not a number like the big bank. They have definitely earned a customer for life!
