  Best rates in town. Closes fast. Chad goes out of his way to research interest rates and where to get the best bargain to benefit his clients. I have closed multiple deals with him and were all successfully closed in under 3 weeks. If you're in time crunch or just shopping lenders, I would recommend getting a quote here.

  Getting the job done hardly describes what Chad was able to accomplish in securing financing for my buyer. He was able to work with her and find her the best deal with regards to her current financial standing. Chad's hard work got her to the closing table. There are other mortgage brokers who would not do the job that you took on to complete my customers successful closing, thanks Chad 😄

  Chad talked us through all of the different loan options with our refinance and was able to get us the best rate. Closing was close to two weeks after starting the process and someone came to our house to finalize the paperwork. I would recommend giving Smarthouse Lending a call to discuss your options.
