  Best Mortgage Team in Gainesville. If you want to close on time and have great communication you need to work with Brian! I was stuck in a slow process with a big bank! Brian and his team were able to get me to closing 15 days faster than the big bank!! Plus his staff is on it. I am a picky customer and they never missed a beat with me. Maria is extremely detailed oriented and professional! Together they are a phenomenal team.
