Truist Reviews

Leonidria Robinson2I’ve had this bank since I was a freshmen in college and it served me well until last year. I’ve never had issues with them until they started charging me insane overdraft fees that were out of my control! I still worked with them until this past month when they transitioned to Truist. In February they were suppose to mail a new debit card to me but it’s never arrived. It is now April and I have to go out of my way to the bank and withdraw monthly weekly. I have a tight schedule and no car and time wise, I cannot afford to do that all the time. I am really disappointed in what they’ve become and recommend finding a new bank

Pat Har1The online banking banking experience became a totAl nightmare and still is full of glitches. Today I tried to access accounts and it kept opening on a page trying to get a separate account to go paperless. No matter how many times I clicked on choices, nothing happened. The “agreement” page had no “I accept” button anywhere. 4 times and the same thing happened they should have kept the Suntrust online system. It is ridiculous to operate in this manner

Nay Mob1The worst branch. Because of this I no longer want to bank with suntrust. I was in the line to withdraw money (my debit card was compromised so I had reported it lost). I waited behind another vehicle and when I pulled up I was told they were closed though I was in line prior to 12. This was a manager Bebida that told me this! I had a photo that time stamped my time in line and still she refused to help me withdraw money. She told me to call the 1800 number to complain. I’m switching banks Monday morning.

Epic! Forest Destine WORLD TRAVEL Enthusiast1Always stealing your money every chance this bank can. Find a local bank. And no not because I over drafted. Online paperless fees paper fees not having enough money into account. ATM fees incredible high. This bank is evil. Like all are.

Jim McKinney1Saturday morning before a Monday banking holiday. I was 3rd car in line at drive-thru and finally got my check cashed after waiting in line for 1 hour 4 minutes. ONE TELLER on duty to service 2 drive-thru lanes AND lobby. SHAMEFUL, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Antoinette Kelly1Waited for almost an hour. No one greeted me at the door. One of the bankers wasn’t even busy and after 15 mins of being in his office/room he grabs his things and leaves. Another women walked in after me and they saw her before me. This location is probably one of the worst suntrusts.

Jasmine McNair1Would have gave zero stars if that was an option. I came in on a Saturday at 11:35 of course I left without being helped because 12 o clock rolls around. Their excuse was sorry we only have 1 person able to help. I will be closing all three of accounts with you guys. If you knew you werent going to have time to help me you shouldve told me a long time ago.

carlos m2I’ve never been to this location for under 30 minutes for a simple withdrawal or deposit. Use the ATM or mobile deposit if you can all avoid going here. The tellers are nice, though overworked and understaffed.
