  Susan is professional and very knowledgeable in the business. She is very personable and down to earth. She communicates effectively, even if it is 11pm and she is at home, she still takes the time to get questions answered. Susan and her team were always keeping me in the loop as the process continued. I will be using her service again and look forward to the easy process and working with great people.   As a first-time home buyer, Susan and her staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. They communicated well, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the process. Despite the pandemic, the application process was smooth thanks to her mobile app. I was able to upload all of my documents electronically, and had no concerns about security. My loan closed on time, and my interest rate can't be beat! I would definitely recommend the Morgan team to friends and family!

  Susan is fantastic. Both my wife and I were freelancers at the time, and getting a mortgage proved much harder than we expected. We had seen several mortgage brokers before Susan, and were on the bring of giving up, when she contacted us. Not only was she able to secure a mortgage, she also introduced us to a homebuyer tax incentive plan in our state that we still benefit from to this day. I feel like we owe our house to Susan and I can't recommend her enough!
