  For a 1st time homebuyer, it can be pretty scary. It was nice knowing I had a team like Michael's behind me. I was able to get all my questions answered timely, they made sure I understood each step, and even helped me get into some classes to get added benefits toward my purchase. Couldn't recommend Michael and his team enough!! Took a lot of the stress out of home buying.

  We were about to sign with an out of state lender when I contacted Michael for a quick comparison. He worked hard for us, and got us a much lower rate and pmi fees.   I had a phenomenal mortgage experience! To say Michael goes above and beyond for his clients doesn’t even begin to describe how amazing he is! Being a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous, but Michael made the entire process a breeze. My husband and I reached out to Michael over a year ago, he helped us get our finances together so we would be prepared to buy a house when the time came. Michael was quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed a letter of pre-approval when putting in an offer. He walked us through the whole process and throughly explain all of the documents as they came.   WOW We started working with Michael over a year ago. We knew we wanted to buy a home but we were unsure of our budget/where we wanted to be. He was SO PATIENT with us.
