  I used Susan Morgan with American Mortgage as lender to purchase my home and after dealing with her I will always be a repeat customer and would highly recommend anyone to her.. She was very straight forward and super knowledgeable through the process. I dealt with a few other lenders and they would lie on what loans and rates they could get you just to try and get your business. She always answered my calls and Emails promptly.   Susan Morgan did a great job for us. We had a VA loan and closed in a month. Susan kept us up-to-date on what we needed to get to her and when. She made everything easy to understand. Susan gave us conservative estimates on payment and costs so when we got close to closing we were pleasantly surprised to find our payments were less than expected.   Talk about superior service! Susan and her team handled two mortgages for us in the last 4 years. Her team was extremely efficient with excellent communication during the entire process. The first mortgage had a sense of urgency due to a relocation and Susan had the house closed right on time! So why shop around on a second sale? You go back to where you were satisfied.
