  Smooth Process. When they took over my loan, they called me to introduce themselves and it was pleasant. Explained everything and also answered my questions. 203k Loan Dept. was great to work with. They were attentive and always got back to me right away with any concerns I had until my home renovations were done. As of right now I have no complaints and hope it stays like this.

  I really like this mortgage company and their rates for veterans are excellent. Customer service is above all, but I absolutely MUST make a special note about Jo. He is very personable and really does everything he can to help his customers. In my honest opinion, I have never met a better customer service rep in my life and I've been working in customer services for many years. He talks to you like a person and not just another person on the other line, and his knowledge is impressive. If more reps where like him, companies all around would flourish.

  Customer Service is stellar. Attentive, caring, informative and always ready to assist patiently. The TMS app is user friendly, easy to navigate; possible to get lost. I have had only Positive interactions with customer and tech support. Continue the great work. Well done. Special kudos to Max, male customer service rep who answered my assorted questions with utmost ease and confidence. Thank you!

  Every once in a while I can get accurate information about my mortgage. I called today and got 2 different answers from the tax department and customer service. It seems that their clueless of what their job is. I spoke with a lady last month who said she had received my new tax bill. She then said she will put it in the ssystem and should reflect on my bill next month. She did say I can call in a month to confirm everything went through. She did say it takes about a month to update. I called today so I could get an update and see if the changes were made. The tax department did not see any changes and when I spoke with customer service she was clueless. Saying the town will send your new tax bill over to us. I told her I called last month and the lady I spoke with received the tax bill and gave me my new numbers. So there is no communication or they are losing customer files. I never really had any issues with TMS but today really put me over the edge. I don't know how they can run a mortgage business and nobody know what's going on.

  I can’t say enough about the care, professionalism, and true customer service I received from Kristi Schleicher at The Money Source. I had concerns our Home Owner’s Insurance would not be paid on time from our escrow account. I contacted Kristi and she got right on it and all was taken care of. 😀

  I had some questions with my taxes being paid, and my account being set up, and I have to say TMS was very responsive to my issues. I really appreciate the attention and service from Kristi Schleicher as she personally followed up to make sure I was taken care of.

  The Money Source is absolutely horrible. I cannot believe how this company treats customers during this pandemic. As if we are not going through enough right now. Even with paying them every month they charge late fees and report you negatively. They do not care how you’re impacted by COVID. Consumers need help during this time period. They nickel and dime you for everything. The hold times are ridiculous. I waited on hold for over 2 hours and still could not be helped. Good luck on speaking with a manager. These people simply don’t care!

  Great customer service, the young lady who helped me was friendly, patient, and seem to understand my concerns. Got everything resolved, she helped me sign up for paperless correspondence, and put my mind at ease that my account was secure and updated.
