  It was relatively quick and easy. We sent in our information including the paperwork they asked for and it could of even been done faster if I could of got them my papers faster to them. They made it simple and I like that.

  Faiza did a great job of communicating. There were a few hiccups that were not her fault, but she was always willing to help me work through them. We worked together to get the chain of communication correct and everything ran smooth from there. I really appreciate Faiza's attention to detail. She has great communication skills.

  I've never refinanced a home before and went into this process with lots of questions and some nervousness. Nathaniel made what I am sure can be a complicated process a transparent, comfortable and dare I say it, enjoyable one? Yes, I'm serious. He was quick to respond to questions, followed up with me every week and never hesitated to take a moment, carefully listen to my questions / worries (I'm a fretter, alas) and provide me with an overview of what was going on, what the next steps were. He was a comfort and became a friend as my family and I navigated a refinance that had a hard deadline (which was met) and was a big deal for us. He was there every single step of the way. I felt supported and cared for during the process, not as an impersonal loan number, but as a respected person and as time passed a friend. I would absolutely recommend Nathaniel Orozco and PennyMac to a friend or family member as a result of my experience refinancing. Thank you, Nathaniel for making this first refinance a great one!

  The whole refinance process was great but once Renee and her team took over it was even better. Prompt replies to questions, verification of information needed and received and overall a pleasure to work with.

  Pennymac is an amazing loan company! I have had 3 different mortgages through them and have always had an excellent experience with their customer service!!

  Repeated paperwork requested, no return calls in a timely manner, closing was 2 weeks past original agreed date, more expensive than others, customer service was okay, getting a call back was terrible, they did send the notary to our home to sign papers so that was a bonus. Most likely won't use them again and won't refer to friends and family.

  Information was not disclosed completely until I received the closing documents. "Rules" for the amount I could borrow, their exorbitant fees, all not discussed until I was too far into the process to stop. I will not do business with PennyMac again.
