  In the process of refinancing my car with the amazing Katrina A. Took me from a 25% apr to a 9% I believe either way I'm saving hundreds a month!! She understood the assignment. When they say uaw sister/brother for life they mean it!!!!!! I left Ford a year ago and they still honored and are raking care of me. 5 stars all around!!!!!!

  This is a great place to do all of your banking. They have modern tech but an old school touch when it comes to their high quality and committed customer service.

  Been with local for yrs with several accounts.Recently got a better rate on a credit card elsewhere.Local said they didn't receive payoff so new c.u sent a 2nd check to the local.Within 2 days apart the local cashed both checks.When local had to refund 1 payment back to my new place of business they charged me a 25$ fee for their wrong doing.Tried to get a call back from Roy but he still till today (weeks later) hasn't called me back

  The Local Credit Union is a terrible banking institution. Kris, in lending has snatched money out of my accounts without permission for years. I had left and came back, to the same business practices. I have complained about this before to the manager and no results. Maybe this review will get the attention of the necessary individuals to handle this matter.

  I've been with them for 21 years and have never had a bad experience. Alway fast friendly service. It's even better now that they've remodeled and I can't wait for the drive through windows to get done.

  Been going here as part of the Co-OP Network for years, always was pleased (even though the ATM was inside, no drive-thru). Now they moved the ATM to drive thru...and turned off ATM Deposit. So much for serving the community. Shame, I'll never be back.

  This is far the best credit union that I have been with, unlike other institutions and I have already recommend my family to The Local Credit Union. If you want a reliable and respectful credit union than The Local Credit Union is the credit union to grow with highly recommended.

  Joe Hallman and Sherry Lawfield, along with the staff, do a great job with our Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local 2, MI accounts! We only wish that we had made the switch to the Local Credit Union sooner!

  Ty sara and loan department in tough times they approved me and got me into a car i love with a fantastic interest rate and very friendly service they rock i give 10 stars banks greedy the local credit uinon not tyty highly recommended from paul g

  Are you guys open or closed... pick ONE... And then adjust your hours that Google shows either way. Thanks. It's not like we need to do business there or anything...

  Thank you. This has been a challenge since early March. Sorry for the confusion. We are at the mercy of Google when we change information and how long it takes to display the change. We have been 100% open via drive thru when we had our lobby closed, but we have indeed been open 100% with extended hours for a while while our Lobby was closed.
