  Linda Rogers is incredible. While many people in real estate work for themselves (their commissions), Linda worked for me and me alone in a very challenging and protracted property purchase, my first. She locked in a great interest rate, keep it alive, and closed the loan in what ended up being a very narrow window without a single glitch on her end. She and her team were swift, precise (NO errors in her paperwork, not one, unlike other paperwork I was reviewing!). Linda is courteous, intelligent, responsive, and extremely clear in her communication. Best of all she was generous with her time and energies, taking the time to educate me as we moved along which was so helpful as I was a first time buyer. I recommend her and her team very highly.

  I wish I have more stars to give Linda and her team. Linda made things super simple like her company's name Loan Simple, can't be anything simpler that. I have processed two loans from Linda, she made both loan possible which I thought second one was hard but she figured it out how to get loan approved. She is smart, super knowledgeable, very professional and quick at responding. I am very happy I met Linda and If I ever need more loans, Linda is the go to person because I know she will make it happen. Nothing would have happened without Linda's help. Huge thank to Linda, Kim and her team, much appreciated your attentions and hard work. Loan simple is THE BEST of the BEST.

  Linda Rogers and her team are incredible! She is solution focused and figures out solutions to the problems that arise when lending to borrowers. Her work with self-employed borrowers is unmatched and she never overpromises and underdelivers. If there is a program Loan Simple does not carry, she will refer to an expert that deliver that special program. I cannot say enough good things about Linda. She is tops and EXCEEDS in her lending craft! Do not get a loan without talking to Linda FIRST!

  Linda has been a godsend - and she has now processed three loans for us. She is unbelievably professional and super knowledgeable about her industry. She and her staff go the extra mile and you don’t even have to ask. Our first purchase through Linda was a foreclosure and when we went to close, it turned out that an obscure law in Arizona required that the kitchen must have a stove. Our fixer-upper did not have one (but it did have pink Formica countertops from the 1980’s!!). She literally scrambled at the last minute and secured a rented stove from somewhere - so that we could close! We have depended on her ever since. She is great. You’re in good hands if you are working with Linda and her team!!

  Linda and her team are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Just days after buying a home , my husband was diagnosed with a very serious illness. Linda, Kim and various other staff members were extremely supportive and helped us through a very difficult time in order to get us into our dream home. Even though things became even more convoluted when the 1st house fell through, they stuck with us and walked us through a 2nd loan. Now that we have closed and are preparing to move, I wanted to let everyone know that if you are looking for a professional, understanding and supportive loan team, you can stop right here. You won't find any better than Linda and her amazing Loan Simple team!

  Linda Rogers, Sedona and Kimberly were all amazing to work with. I was working with a larger national online lender but it was Linda who was able to creatively put a loan together that met all of our needs. She also recommended I wait to lock-in my rate which ended saving me almost a full percent on my loan. Trust Linda's intuition on the market trends, she is a lending lioness! I had regular voice to voice calls and regular emails with Linda, Sedona and Kimberly. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process. The only hiccup that caught me off guard was just following closing I received a notice in the mail that my loan was transferred to another bank. I was surprised that nobody from the office called me to give me a head's up. When I did call the office, Sedona was amazing and did some follow up with Loan Simple HQ to ensure I was all set up. Working with the team through close was seamless. Thank you!!!

Thank you very much for the thoroughness and great experience with all the details of legal paperwork required. Also, please extend thanks to your whole team – highly competent, detailed, responsive – great to work with them and will look forward to working with the whole team again.   Denise- I never suggested that to you or John. I answered a question by your realtor, who asked if there was any way around disregarding your debt. I answered that there was not unless you were not married. That was not a suggestion that you get divorced. I wish you well.
