  I had approached another lender regarding the refi of our property and it was a painful process. Multiple, ridiculous requests for information. I left that process and began the refi process with Trent. The process went so smoothly. Trent and his team communicated with me throughout the entire process and ensured our refi was processed on time and with no errors.
