I believe that Erin helped make sure I got top dollar by showing me market analysis data, suggesting small repairs and tweaks to give the home more curb appeal, and her marketing campaign was super helpful.   Tyler and the Phelps realty group really took care of us in 2020! What a crazy year to start looking for a home as a first time home buyer... the summer market was overwhelming to say the least. We were so intimidated by the multiple offer situations, that we pretty much decided to quit looking and keep renting. However, Tyler emailed us a house in November that we just had to see. He was quick to jump on it and him and his amazing team had us closed 30 days!! Which is incredible in this crazy market. Tyler is amazing and cool, calm, and collected. Even through the 2020 madness. He has a pulse on the market, and communicates well with the sellers to get the best offer for a given property. Tyler has an excellent eye for details when touring properties that home buyers may overlook to help his clients find the best possible home. Highly recommend!
