  Cindy and Jill were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind - we really felt we had an advocate in our corner to see us through this process. Communication was top notch - always called us back within minutes, and took as much time as we needed to answer all questions. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how easy to use your portal was to upload and view all of the documents - the entire process was seemless.

  I would highly recommend going to see Cynthia Lang for your mortgage needs!!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to end and explained everything we needed to know for buying our first home. What could be a long, dreaded process for many is actually a complete breeze with the help from Cindy!
