Dean Spence1Tried to get a new card, the employee literally told me to call corporate. So I can’t go to my bank and get a new card, yeah terrible service. Also, their atm machine took my card and never gave it back smh

Clif Render4The people are the stars of this location. I have had great interactions with many of the staff going out of their way to assist my wife and I with financial transactions. I have seen some examples of the situations mentioned by others: concern over communications regarding the branches temporary closure, disappointment at the elimination of the drive through, had some trouble with a contractor cashing a large check from me, and had what felt like unnecessary delays at times for certain transactions. That being said, I have also had multiple instances of outstanding customer service by different individuals so while all may not be perfect here, as long as the people remain as they are, I'm happy.

Mähêsh S5It looks like most people have written reviews to complain after they had a single bad situation\experience that they did not like. I have banked with the branch for 5 years and have always had good customer service. I took our a mortgage couple of years ago and refinanced this year, every experience has been positive. They recently notarized some my documents for free which is a nice convenience, and the ATM always works. I have been a BOFA customer for 15 years and cant say i have had a particular bad experience at any point. Hopefully i dint jinx myself. ;-)

Sean Knapp1The staff seem perfectly pleasant, but this is the only Bank of America location I have ever gone to that not only makes a bureaucratic process out any transactions, but will not cash my checks despite them being through Bank of America. Don't waste your time here unless you are a customer.

Miss Cindy1This is the worst bank who is trying to scam my family out of $2500. I have been given the runaround. No on answers the phone and I am contacting the CT Banking Commission to resolve this issue.

Heather CT1This is the second worst experience I've ever had with a company in my life. Their home loan business is the most unnecessarily complex process and misleading experience I've ever experienced by far and I'm used to working in complex business transactions! Thank God I went back to my original mortgage company after they strung me along for months, requesting approximately 100 pages worth of information only to not return my calls. DO NOT approach Bank of America for any refi or originating home loan... you will miss your many lost hours of your life and potentially miss a great interest rate that other banks do a more efficient job at providing.

Sage Dublin1Any idea why the Glastonbury location has been closed? People have been going to the bank and it has been closed the past few days. No signs and no explanation.

Erik Hansen1The worst bank I’ve ever attempted to do business in. Needless to say, I will not be going back. There are a number of better banks here in Glastonbury and I would encourage people to try Santander right down the street. Santander’s customer service puts this bank to shame.
