  Chris Leon at Nova gave my husband and I the absolute best service imaginable! Honestly, there is not one thing I could complain about the entire experience! This was a very new process for us and he walked us through everything. He very clearly explained all of our options in the beginning and helped the refinance go through without any hiccups and very quickly! He was available at anytime, day or night, and always made us feel like he was there for us. We were consistently updated with all of the progress and he hit every deadline we were hoping he would hit for us. Right before Christmas too!! We couldn’t be happier with our rate and the service that he provided! 10,000% recommend working with Chris Leon and his team at Nova! He really cares!

  First time home buyer, Nova made it pretty easy with frequent communication and availability to ask questions. More times than once they were flexible to my work schedule. I had a rare experience of the loan being financed outside of the correct "terms" but Nova home loan caught it, worked out the details refinanced at a lower monthly payment.
