  Allen helped me to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and it was a positive experience during a very stressful time. He made me feel like it wasn’t the end of my life and it was just a financial reset. After providing all the needed documentation, he pretty much handled all court matters. It’s not a fast process, but Allen talked me through what would happen at each step. I can finally put all the stress behind me and move on with my life.

  I met with Mr. Kolber two times and both of these times he was very professional yet warm and receptive. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable. Of course, we all want an attorney that knows his stuff but to find someone that is also warm and compassionate is a big plus. My husband and I felt very comfortable speaking with him as he was very inviting. We highly recommend him.

  Allen has been representing my husband and I in a foreclosure action. He has been there with us every step of the way, "holding our hands" when necessary for support.   Let me tell you I retained a Attorney in New City that was supposed to be to be a high power guy with connections in the county that new absolutely everything in getting a loan mod . The only thing he specialized in was squeezing you for all the money you have in fact he wanted money for every breath he took. He turned out to be 1 of the worst decisions I ever made, then I met Allen Kolber and he took me on and he was simply was unreal it was like a revaluation he took the bull by the horn and simply made things happen and stayed with me every step of the way. I didn't think someone like that even existed .lm telling you he is such a nice man that he treats you like you were a member of his family. With a staff to match you hire Allen and you don't look back he will take you to the bitter end and you will wind up where you want to be .
