  We had great experience working with the staff. Especially I want to say HUGE THANK YOU to Jenny Torres!!! She was very professional and helped us a lot addressing all our needs! We traveled from upstate NY almost 3 hours because of unfortunately there is no Citi bank and some issues you are not able to resolve online.... Anyway we are happy that we’ve met Jenny! Thank you Jenny so much!!!

  Very Nice And Friendly People!!! Once my money got lost when using the ATM and they reimbursed me that same day without any fees!!! I definitely will continue using this bank all the time!!!

  amazing staff, very helpful every time... only reason for the 4 star rating is WHAT IS UP WITH THESE HOURS! 9-4... REALLY?
