  We used the Koehn Mortgage Group when we purchased our home 5 years ago, and we’re thrilled with the service at that time. We recently decided to refinance, and immediately contacted Koehn Mortgage Group again without hesitation. As was the case previously, we again received the courteous and professional service that we had come to expect. We really appreciate the honest and sincere way that they handle their business, without any of the gimmicks that people have so often come to expect. We will definitely use them in the future if the need arises, and are always happy to recommend them to others to help with their mortgage needs. Thanks again to the team at Koehn Mortgage Group!

  Rick and Brittany were great. From the first day they help me through the loan process. They were always on top of any issues and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed for the loan. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

  We hope that when doing business, especially with a transaction as important and personal as purchasing a home, that we are blessed enough to encounter a mortgage finance company that at minimum, is professional and knowledgeable. Professional and knowledgeable is an understatement when speaking about Rick, his lovely wife and staff. Empathetic, compassionate, service & people focused, Rick treats each transaction as if it is his first home. Rick takes time to explain the process and set realistic expectations that are grounded in integrity. Rick and his wife’s faith, and love of being of service to others is apparent in their words and actions. The staff follows suit! There is absolutely no one or mortgage finance company better!

  Kristine and team were amazing! My girlfriend and I were sent her way to resolve a tricky refinance situation. While that was not able to be done (no fault of Kristine's) we kept at it with her team and secured a loan on a new home. They were with us every step of the way and Kristine was very much a calming, steady voice even when we would randomly freak out. I cannot stress enough how much of a blessing they were and will refer anyone and everyone to them in the future. Great work and sincere thanks from us.

  As a REALTOR one of the questions I get asked the most is, "Who do I call for financing?" Without hesitation my answer is always , "I love working with Kristine and Rick at Texas Bank Mortgage!" Obviously it is their choice, but I know who I trust. If you're looking for loan officers to be available when you need them, be honest, kind and considerate about the home buying or refinancing process, call them. Looking for someone to close on time and many times earlier if the seller will allow? Call Kristine and Rick! Bottom line is - no body wants a loan officer (or a REALTOR for that matter), but if one is necessary for you to acquire your next home, search no further!

  Rick and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Worrying about selling one house in one state while buying one in another state is daunting in itself, but with Rick and his team, they made it seem simple. Rick talks to you like a long lost friend and he takes the time to get to know the little things that make your family what it is. Then, he designs a mortgage product for your specific needs. Not once did he ever try to sell me anything or give me some pie in sky expectations. He just continually gave me sound guidance from the first moment we spoke on the phone. He always told me to use only the money I needed and keep the rest so it can work for me and my family. I have bought multiple homes over the years and this by far was the most pleasant experience I have ever had working with a financial institution. I would recommend Rick and his team to anyone...period!!!

  Personal & Professional!!! Someone was always available to take my calls/texts and answer all of my questions, and as a first time home buyers, I had lots!! FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, the list goes on!! I would give 10 stars if possible.

  Texas Bank Mortgage helped me buy my first home in Robinson and they did an AMAZING job! They explained every step of the mortgage process and made sure that I got what was best for me. Can't recommend them enough!!
