  Chuck Jones team has amazing knowledge and insight to home lending process. I was preapproved in a very short period of time. Even though I was preapproved they also gave me information on how to solve certain financial aspects that would get me better rates, quickly. It didn’t matter what time of day it was I always had responses with in an out of sending an email or text. Near closing his team really went to work for me with appraisal issues. In the end, I had a $50 lower monthly payment than expected with less money down. Could ask for a better group of folks to guide you through the home buying process
