  This is the second time I've used Khalisa's team at Caliber Home Loans. The first was for the purchase of our home and the second was recently refinancing the home. Khalisa was exceptional to work with. She outlined the many options we had, gave advice on the pros/cons of the various options and once a decision was made she worked very hard to ensure it went through as planned. She and her team are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and fun to work with. They are also responsive - I never had to wait for a call back and was never left wondering if they got the info I submitted. The online interface was intuitive and any questions I did have were immediately answered. Fantastic experience overall!

  I highly recommend Khalisa Davies and her team. Being a first time home buyer she made our experience stress free. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and straight forward. She's responsive to our calls even when she's with her family. I am impressed as how professional Khalisa is. And we are grateful to have her us our loan officer.

  We were so impressed by Khalisa and her team when we purchased our house a few years ago that we just had them refinance our home this year. Both times we discussed different options for our specific situation and we feel that both times we were guided to the proper one.   Khalisa and her team were great to work with, we have had 10+ loans in the past and this was by far the most professional and easiest experience we have ever had. From paperwork to recording we were up to date and didn't get any surprises, which was fantastic!
