  I couldn’t say enough words to describe my experience with Mr.Kenneth and his team, they made the process extremely easy and FAST, it took a little over a month from start to finish. If you decide to use Trademark be sure to go in to the office and say hey to Ms. Candice or Ms. Julia, they are just the sweetest ladies and will definitely brighten your day, as for Mr. Kenneth if we had more people in this world like him the world would be a much better place.

  Working with them was the best decision I made when trying to buy our first house. I know people always tell you to look around but they worked with us for 3 months just helping us get our credit score to what we needed before applying for the loan. They were always there to answer a phone call or email and answer any stupid questions I had since this was my first time. Their customer service is beyond comparable and honestly if I would have gotten a better rate somewhere else I still would have chose them! 😃

  This guy and his team are top notch. With my 20 years in the hotel industry, I can tell you, this Team knows how to deliver service. We were in contact, almost daily about the house deal and they had lots of pointers to share about home ownership that one may forget or had never even thought about before.
