  I have been an AMAX customer for many years and all I can say is that I am going to cancel the policy today. The girls on the phone are extremely rude its disgusting. They have the worst attitude that I have experienced. Don't go there.

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Lorena at this location. She was very polite, professional, helpful, and patient. We had a few bumps on my end receiving emails; however, as soon as she was finished helping her current customer, she quickly figured out the problem without hesitation or irritation! She was glad to help every step of the way. Very professional, very kind! Thank you! Great prices as well!

  Customer service is outstanding. Very welcoming soon as you walk in. Elizabeth was quick to multitask with all her clients even while helping me with my quote at the same time. During the time I was there she was able to keep up an outstanding customer service with all the clients including me and give me the best quote I have been ever given during my time here in Texas. I would recommend her to all of my friends.

  I was referred to A-Max Auto Insurance. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and was helped. Daniela was great, she worked quickly while helping someone else on the phone and was still keeping me informed of what she was doing and she gave me discounts on the spot. I definitely recommend this place.

  They where rude and unprofessional never answered there phone when I called. When I got the insurance it was canceled due to their lack of caring. Never go here waste of your money and time.

  Insurance even without a license!!! And not too expensive! English and Spanish speaking agents are helpful and polite. It everything they advertise and then some . My daughter always gets a piece of candy after I handle business... So Sweet.

  The actual insurance is fine. Good luck paying it though, because half the time when you call they get your number and say they will call you back but they never call. This has happened to me several times and to my boyfriend a couple of times as well. It’s not just an isolated event, they have very poor customer service.
