      My husband and I were referred to Allison. I was skeptical because my dealings with banks have not been easy. Allison was amazing and my business went so smooth I am still in disbelief. I am already sending friends that way!!!

      Prosperity Bank just took over my bank. When I called Prosperity for assistance with my auto drafts, I did not get Repesntative on the phone for 20 minutes. When she did answer, she said she did not have access to my prior bank's records. Then she said she would have to login to another system to gain access. I asked her to do so as I need assistance. I was placed back on hold for approximately 20 additional minutes and then line went dead. Issue unresolved. Prosperity sent me a new debit card that does not work. Bad chip and the strip on back also won't work. I'm now on hold for 30 minutes! No answer, but recording assures me they know my time is valuable. I will be taking my banking business elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
