  Absolute best customer service!! I cannot believe how smooth Chuck Jones made this process from start to finish.   Chuck was very professional, responsive, clear, and helpful in finding the right home refinance for us. He was able to knock off many years from our mortgage and still reduce our rate. Chuck knows mortgages! And his wife made us some very delicious homemade banana bread for closing.
