  Nice Clean and quite environment. The staff was so nice and friendly. Big shout out to Christina Tallie She works with the Extraco in Temple, I believe she was here helping. She helped me open an account, made everything super easy, understandable. Also I was on a time frame and she made it happen. So once again thank you. You guys rock!!!!

  When I first entered the building I actually had no idea where I needed to go or who to talk to. It just so happened that Jennifer was at the coin machine & instantly greeted me, asked what I was needing & was on it in no time flat! Jennifer made me feel very welcomed & like I was exactly where I needed to be at that moment in time! Not once did I ever feel like I was being convinced or swayed in any way to open an account or to give them my business of any sort, but rather given options to make my own decisions & choices!!! For me, in this time of everything going on, in this crazy world, it’s nice not having the feeling or thoughts that I am being manipulated, forced or overly convinced into doing something I’m not comfortable with. I walked out of Extraco Bank feeling very at ease with my decision & very happy with a bank I feel, genuinely cares about how the customer feels about all they have to offer! Give them a chance, I honestly think you will be impressed, if not, maybe your just not having a good day 🤗

  It was a great decision in choosing EXTRACO Bank - Bosque as the bank for my new business Gift of AFTERCARE. I made my appointment on-line. Then once arriving at the appointment, I attempted to enter through the wrong door. However this extremely polite man redirected me and walked with me to the correct door. He was kind and attentive. Ms. Jennifer handled my appointment with professionalism, poise, and a spark of encouragement, which is especially important for any new business owner. EXTRACO Bank - Bosque THANK YOU!   Love this bank 🏦 friendly staff and the new gadget bank they have at the bank is awesome 👏 the mini ATM preforms most of the withdraws and cashing out !!!! Love this new gadget.....
