  Jeff and his team are truly excellent. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and came by Jeff through a referral by our real estate agent. Not only was he patient with the innumerable questions that we had for him throughout the process, he was incredibly informative and educated us about the ins and outs of the home loan process. In addition, Jeff saved us approximately $8,000 in up front closing costs. We were amazed at the loan he was able to secure for us. Jeff recently contacted us, as interest have dropped since our original loan, and informed us he believed he could get us a better rate, lower payment, and taxes and insurance paid for for the year by refinancing our loan. We decided to go ahead with the refinance and Jeff was correct. We even got money back from the closing of our refinance. He’d and his team have been an unbelievable blessing to our family. It’s been a pleasure working with them in addition to being a great financial decision. I have recommended him to friends and colleagues on numerous occasions and will continue to do so with anyone I know who is interested in buying a home.

  Jeff came in late when our RE agency finance team dropped the ball. With days left in DD and only a few weeks to close, Jeff got us a BETTER rate than we had from the previous provider by .15 or so. PLUS he got us "negative points", in the form of $3K toward closing costs. If you need a mortgage, go to Jeff. You will not be disappointed.

  This was my first time buying my own home. It was filled with excitement and anxiety of what was to come because of all of the horror stories I have heard. Not for me!
