  Wonderful company. We were very pleased working with Carol & John. They listened to us and helped make our plan come to life. They made sure everything flowed smoothly and really made the whole homebuying experience personal. They were on top of every step and really quided us the whole time as we were first time home buyers, with little to no knowledge of what needed to be done. Would recommend FM Lending to everyone.

  I really enjoyed my experience with FM Lending Services. I worked with Anthony Pellegrino and was surprised by how simplified the process can be. I had attempted the mortgage process before through a program called NACA and found their process to be a bit extreme, discouraging and somewhat unprofessional. The staff for NACA were amateur at their roles and did not give me all of the information I needed upfront nor were they easily accessible if I had a question. Anthony is the best!! I called him with the purpose of inquiring what my options were with the intent to purchase 6 - 9 months later. He asked me for key pieces of information and within minutes, he told me I qualified for a mortgage already. Day or night, Anthony was readily available and always provided a quick response. The home-buying process was very stressful for me (this is my first time), but Anthony was reassuring in my times of concern. Very good guy and I would highly recommend Anthony and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.

  There is someone who works here who’s name is Josh Mims, he recently punched one of my best girl friends in the face. You may think this is a “she said he said” moment, but it’s not. There is a court case, photos, and witnesses. The Durham court decided to go lenient on him since it’s his “first offense” so it will be dismissed. He is a recent hire and bypassed the background check because he knew someone. That’s what happens when your privileged. He was fired from his previous job for punching her. If you’re a lady and don’t want to be punched in the face because you might not see eye to eye with Josh Mims, you should probably not go here.

  Good experience with Team Anthony and Mary. They assisted us with the copious amount of paperwork and documentation needed these days to secure a loan. Walked with us thru the process from beginning to end. The team was quick to respond to our questions and kept us pushing forward. Highly recommend.

  Denee at FM Lending was able to get me exactly what I needed on very short notice. She got me a pre-approval letter in less than 5 hours which afforded me the opportunity to make an offer on the house that I bought! After my offer was accepted the whole FM Lending team kept me on schedule for my closing date and was incredibly easy to work with. Whenever I was unsure of something (because I am a first-time home-buyer) they explained it and answered all of my questions. They even offered me a lower interest rate than my bank! I highly recommend this team of skilled professionals!
