  I had the pleasure of working with Audrey Hutton on a challenging escrow this past month. I've been in the business for decades, but this one was a doozie! I represented the seller while Audrey represented the buyer, but she and her very responsive team were always very timely in providing progress reports to me (with the buyer's approval). We had difficulty with the first appraisal. We requested a second appraiser and finally a third appraiser before the buyer and seller were satisfied. Audrey never missed a beat. She was delightful to work with, creative and responsive even after hours. I'll definitely work with her again.

  Outstanding! Audrey is the best at this work and she makes sure to look at every option available. We were doing a very complicated re-finance on our home - right in the middle of Covid-19. This would have been an extremely painful process, but Audrey and Aly were extremely patient with the situation, detailed and clear about the items needed and so kind when we were losing our minds with the process.
